Women always expect guyz to make the first move. So since he is shy....maybe u could plan a quite dinner in private and just get close physically to him. Once he sees that u are craving attention....he will automatic start to show u his romatic side...Take things as they come and dont move too fast on him. Hope it works out for the best :)

My opinion, get him to sit down and open up. Most guys admire their pride and dont want there gurl to know that they have a weak spot. If you can get him to sit down and talk to you, ask him what he thinks is romantic or he would enjoy doing. The shy part not totally for sure.

Take charge! If you want him, dominate the moment and have your way with him. He will either respond or b*tch-up!
It sounds to me like he may not be that expienced and is afraid to make a mistake. Make him feel comfortable, basically show and prove.
The best way to get a man to do what "you" like is to tell/show him.

if he isnt comfortable with u, mabye (not tryin 2 be rude here) he thiunks the relationship is as good aas over. if u dont want that, make sure he knows it.
