I have been with my boyfriend for a little while as of now. We both got into the relationship because we were looking for something serious. I have a dilemna I have changed my myspace status from "single" to "in a relationship" he has yet to do this. I tried to make a comment about it the other day but he didn't respond. Should I say something to him or should I stop worrying about it? I know its kinda stupid to even worry about but I worry that it could mean he doesn't yet claim me in other areas of his life as well. Please Help!

I know exactly how you feel. I was in a relationship and the same thing happened. The way I resolved it was to realize that it's JUST MySpace- NOT REAL LIFE! :) And that, maybe with time, he'll change his "status" as well...maybe it's a comfort thing with him and he's not yet used to it. WHO KNOWS what guys think sometimes...but as long as you're comfortable in the relationship- that's all that truly matters- not a "status" on MySpace...that site should really be just for fun and not taken too seriously.
I hope this helps- I truthfully know how aggravating and almost confusing these types of little things can be. I hope it all works out for you!!
Best wishes,
Amy

u tried to make a comment but didn't get a response, I think the last 2 sentence is the best qs u might want to ask him for the day like, I know my status is not based on ur myspace but does ur status on ms mean I'm not included in other areas of ur life? Only then will u know, if nothing else mayb its not serious.

I think it depends on how long "a little while" is? Two months, six months a year. The longer you have been with him makes a difference on what you should ask him to do. Don't just comment about your concern, voice it. If he doesn't respond the way you want him to then take action. Again I think it depends on how long the relationship has been going on and if you really know that he's the one and if he has the same feelings for you.

Leave it be. A lot of men don't like to have the shackles tied on right away. This is probably an outlet for that...his last presumption of freedom. Either that, or he's been busy and doesn't really take Myspace seriously (no one should).

Do not read between the lines, girl. Men like to feel seductive and desire all of the time and maybe [MAYBE] he's trying to lead a virtual single life on line.
Look for real life signals: If he is faithful and sweet to you, does not hang out with other girls but you, do not be worry for something with no weight at all.
Hope it helps.

Well, this obviously bothers you alot or you wouldn't have asked the question in the first place. If he ig'd your comment about it, just ignore it and change yours back to single. What's good for the goose is good for the gander!

id definately bring it up, maybe he just hasn't thought of it. guys can be stupid to things like that. and its definately not stupid to worry about this because if your in a relationship then he should not be advertising himself as single on myspace it would bother me 2

If you're really basing your entire life around what he does on his MySpace account, I think you may want to re-evaluate this. Besides, if you can't really trust him (regardless of whether or not he has "single" in his MS account) why bother getting serious?

Girl When asking My Space Questions no one even cares to answer, I think you should address the issue why should you have your status as taken and he as single it's not fair at all!!!
What is he hiding?

Change your status back to 'single' and see how he likes that. He shouldn't have a problem changing his to 'in a relationship' unless he's still wanting other people to think he's single.
