Run - and publicize - specials on interior painting over the winter.

Give limited-time coupons out - through the ValPak or some other kind of inexpensive DM. Advertise a discount.

Go back to your summer customers and offer them a referral "fee" for sending winter customers (i.e. a $50 Amazon GC).

Send out letters/flyers to local real estate agents again offering them a referral fee. So many people selling houses have to get them into shape before they can sell.
