Will this other life also have their versions of The Bible or Q'uran, or will they just be too far away from The Holy Land?

(Or will intelligent life elsewhere be too intelligent)?

Brother Michael - you are limiting your view to our solar system and galaxy. This is a billionth of all other systems.

Daniel M - At the rate exploration of the universe is going, it is conceivable that we will contact other forms of life eventually. Maybe in our lifetime. So my interest is in knowing what the religious belief is now, and how it may suddenly change when new evidence is brought to light. It wouldn't be the first time religion has had to re-evaluate its interpretations.

Asanewt - is it so difficult to have a little faith in the question albeit hypothetical, and answer it objectively? That was the point.

Victor M - What? Should I read more, and just believe every word? Which is the best religion to believe in? Which is the true one? Please enlighten me!

Victor M - did you delete your answer, or was it the work of some really complicated deity, that I am unable to comprehend?

It's not working-out for the religious is it?It's primitive rubbish. And i challenge anyone to prove me wrong. It would prove he has favouritism if it were true. Other forms of life would also fear a god who didn't resemble them. Too intelligent i would say. But they could use the gullibility and ignorance of it all against us if they were alive, here and wished to. We would conquer ourselves for them lol.

The cosmos is well beyond our imagination in terms of distances . The word vast does not come anywhere close to doing it justice , so we will be speculating for some time (!) yet about our cosmic neighbours . If your question is a way of poking fun at those who hold a faith position then sadly the joke is on you . How is anyone going to prove that there is no ultimate reality
or consciousness that is responsible in some unfathomable way ( call it God as shorthand) for the possible trillions of former singularities into an infinity of ..... ( Language fails at this point) Both believers of religions and atheists are in the same boat , we do not know ! We should be trying to save what is left of our precious home (Earth) before we worry about all that stuff , no planet = no idle speculation . I suppose you will choose a smart **** answer over the reality of our shared ignorance , prove me wrong .

In an Islamic point of view there have been many prophets (and several scriptures) to guide people on earth through the ages. Obviously I assume if there are other lives in other worlds they will get God’s guidance as well in what ever form it’s up to them to follow it. I don’t know what you mean by “how it suddenly changes when new evidence is brought to light,” as far as I am aware the scriptures don’t contradict science or deny some other existence that may or may not be there.

There are other creatures in existence though they don’t have short lives like humans like angels(made of pure light), jinn’s(made of fire) including satan(made of fire) mentioned in the scriptures but I don’t think angels need guidance like us; and as far as I am aware there are jinns that exist who also form communities and need guidance and they have the same scriptures as humans they can listen into (I think from the stories in the scriptures) .

I assume since you haven’t met aliens and you haven’t met God your belief in aliens is more or less the same as your belief in God?

Since you have reflected on the existence of aliens because the universe is vast then you can also reflect on the vastness and the design of the universe and the creation around you when you are in a quiet place/park etc. then you might come to sense more truth maybe more than from books.

There is no mention of any other alien civilizations beyond the earth in the scriptures which doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist but I don’t see why it should or shouldn’t on the basis that the universe is vast. The universe we see is the lowest heaven - according to the Quran there are seven heavens. Maybe there are not too many alien creations as there is a purpose for God’s creation and He does not create for fun.

(Quran:44:38) And We did not create the heavens and earth and that between them in play

(Quran: 44:39) We did not create them except in truth, but most of them do not know.

(Quran:17:44) The seven heavens and the earth, and all beings therein, declare His glory: there is not a thing but celebrates His praise; And yet ye understand not how they declare His glory! Verily He is Oft-Forbear, Most Forgiving!

2:29 It is He Who hath created for you all things that are on earth; Moreover His design comprehended the heavens, for He gave order and perfection to the seven firmaments; and of all things He hath perfect knowledge.

(Quran: 67:3) He Who created the seven heavens one above another: No want of proportion wilt thou see in the Creation of (Allah) Most Gracious. So turn thy vision again: seest thou any flaw?

(Quran: 67:5) And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with stars

(Quran:14:19) Have you not seen that Allah created the heavens and the earth in truth? If He wills, He can do away with you and produce a new creation.

(Quran: 50:15) Did We fail in the first creation? But they are in confusion over a new creation.

If one thinks from our own perspective then we have limited outlooks. It is a challange to think beyond our own experiences!

Imagine a higher intelligence where other beings already know the truth of the divine!

...and check out an amazing film called the secret at this will give you much greater insight into what is real

"All efforts to detect life beyond earth have failed so far. The search began with the moon, where astronauts walked during six lunar landings from 1969 through 1972. After it was concluded that the moon was a sterile, lifeless place, the search moved to the other planets and their moons. Viking probes to Mars in 1976 performed experiments designed to detect life, including microscopic organisms, with negative results. Two unmanned Voyager craft whose destinations include Jupiter, Saturn, and Uranus—have taken thousands of pictures of the outer solar system. They reveal harsh, nonlivable conditions everywhere . Searches of deepest space have been carried out by radio telescopes, instruments that are able to beam messages of greeting toward any planets that might be circling distant stars. Radio telescopes also "listen" for any space messages that may be coming in earth's direction. During the past few decades, scientists have searched dozens of nearby stars for intelligible radio signals. The results are once again completely negative. At this point, it appears that life as we know it is unique to planet earth. This conclusion has been very upsetting to evolutionists, who believe that life began spontaneously on earth and that the same thing probably happened elsewhere in the universe."

there is no hard evidence to support the idea that life exists outside this planet.

If God created life on other galaxies, then they don't necessarily have to be like humans and get judged after they die, so religion may not be necessary. But I could be wrong. It is difficult to tell considering we live all the way here in Earth, and life on other galaxies is beyond us being able to contact... So who cares?

By what the creationist think, we should not even be able to see most of the stars in the sky. If everything was created a little over 6000 years ago, then we should not even be able to see all the stars that are 100s of millions of light years away, because 6000 years is not long enough for the light from these stars to have reached us yet.

In as much as I was not around to see how everything came into being (and neither were you),I say, "I don't know ..... YET!" To assume that some god, my less than intellectual ancestors made up, instantaneously farted the universe into being, is absurd. It is to be hoped that other sentient creatures in the universe have evolved beyond the need for silly made-up god concepts.

Probably outside the Kingdom of God there is not going to be any written word of God. Although in Heaven, believers will be in the very presence of God! Why would we need a Bible when we have the very word of God dwelling among us? That would be like calling your wife on her cellphone when shes sitting right next to you!

Thats how I figured out there was no god! Well, this thought and biology, and education. No, people's god here on earth did not create the solar system.
