Ok lets explain the situtation im 15 16 in feb a girl lol and a only child and i go out at weekends but i have to be home for 6pm sometimes even 5!! and its starting to piss me off and i was just woundering what other parents would let their kid stay out to and when i come home i have to get the train but i would understand if they came and picked me up and i thought 7:30/8pm was a resonable time to come home your views please?

i think bieng home for dinner is nice. but on weekends i think i would let you stay out until at least 8 as long as i knew where you were and who you were with and what you were doing and i could trust you. and you called me if i asked you too.

Sorry to tell you this honey, but parents know best (most of the time). Don't worry, in a few years you'll have all the freedom you want and need and will be able to stay out later. Concentrate on you schoolwork now and worry about staying out late, after you're done with school. Good luck.
Remember your parents love you very much and just want the best for you. You're at a hard age right now, but you'll get throught it!

' Hi, I live in England and we tend to change our clocks twice a year(not sure why, but we do)anyway in the winter it gets dark around 4pm and a lot of parents like their children in earlier but i think 6pm is a bit early,maybe 8-8.30pm on weekends but in the summer when it stays lighter 15-16yr old's generally come in at around 10-10.30pm some times later. All parents are different and like to bring up their children their own way.At least you know your parents care about you and want you home and safe.

i think that 8 is a good time for that age i hope you have a mobile phone with you incase you need your parents

wow that sucks... but atleast you get to go out, my mom didnt let me go ANYWHERE!
