The Prophet Joseph Smith shared a secret and it made the world or a group of people (the Mormans) a better people and it changed the world and it put his life in danger that he was shot when he was only 24 yrs. old. So you must let people know if it would make things better.

I'm listening to "live out loud" as I type this.
I don't think my life is always in danger, my life is entirely secured, however mocked but that's no matter. What is left after I die, what remains? Then who will I live for and whom will I obey.
Besides, it's not a secret, it's a big bold story that we are commanded to retell. Tell on friend!

If you AND I know, then it isn't a secret is it. As for changing the world, it does that quite well all by itself, sometimes for the better, usually for the worse. I'm not one to have grandiose plans, I tend to let the world go it's merry way while I go mine.

Well I would share it of course, and I would save your life by sending you to Grammar classes and also to Spelling. That way you'd learn something and the bad guys would think you were just a kid.

If it's something that no one would believe, then what is the point of risking my life (and my child's for that matter).

Not to mention, if it's something really crazy (like a god spoke to me and told me....yadda yadda yadda), I would end up in a looney bin.

Doesn't sound like living my life at all.

let me guess--you are a christian and your "secret" is jesus, right? after 2,000 years, that stuff's not a secret anymore. everyone who wants to follow and believe does. leave the rest of us alone, for crying out loud. secrets, by their very nature, are not meant to be shared. so please keep yours to yourself.
