Have you ever been disliked and how did you deal with it!?

Well, I have had people who didn't like me. My favorite way is deal with it is one of two ways, one, if I have done nothing to deserve it, I make sure I do everything better. I dress better, get a new do, get my nails done, new bf, better job, talk to their friends REALLY REALLY nice, whatever I can to make them notice or look at me, they have to deal with me. I may even try talking to them and asking them questions I know will tweak them a little, like "OMG! WOW! What an interesting pin! Where did you get it?" Or maybe "Where did you get that pin? My Grandma has one just like it!" and smile sweetly! Gets em everytime. If I have done something to deserve them not liking me, I try and talk to them quietly and say "I know you are mad at me and I am sorry about what happened, can you please forgive me, I was a jerk" Almost no one can resist a good apology, heart felt, and given politely. And if they do refuse it, I mean some just like to hate or I have just been that big of a jerk, I know they are petty, small and I have not really lost anything. I do my best to live well and be successful, and work on myself, because in reality, I am the only person who can change me. Sometimes I have learned some valuable lessons along the way, and sometimes, I have made an enemy into a friend and learned some humility along the way. Never hurts to learn from your own mistakes and most people appreciate knowing you are sorry for yours instead of a complete jerk. Hope this helps you! Good luck!

Of course, everyone's been disliked at some point or another. I know I have. You just have to keep your head up and shrug it off. There are plenty of people out there that will and does like you. If it is someone you like other than a friend, then I say who cares about them, they are not worth your time and you are much better without them!!

If you are never disliked then you are never noticed. Would it be better to not be noticed. I would not say I relish in the glory of being disliked by some, but I stand my ground and do what I beleive is the right thing. You will feel better about yourself standing up for yurself and others will respect you!

I don't out of my way to make people want to dislike me, but I don't and except the the fact that I can't please everyone either.

Since I am the type of person that will "Call a spade-A spade," it has a way of offending. I also go out of my way to bring out the best in people I associate with.

I deal with known enemies by always knowing where they are and what they are doing. "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer." Keep your number of enemies to a minimun, you can only keep an eye on so many haters at one time and last thing you want is for them to plot, scheme, and attack you all at once.

Yes, I have. It isn't easy, but I am who I am. Not everyone is going to get along with me. And same with why I choose not to always hang out with certain people, I just don't like them.

Be yourself. Do not worry about whether you are liked or disliked. Hold your head up high and know that you are your own person! Better to be you than to be fake!

Have been in the past, am now and know for certain that I will be in the future. But I realize that not everyone is going to like me and I am comfortable with that and I also am aware that I do not like everyone else. A good friend of mine who has long pasted used to say "I like everyone, some I like a little some I like a lot and some I like to stay the hell away from. Sound piece of advice that I will remember until they plant me.

Counting up another one of my crushes suddenly finding a gf yesterday, I'm guessing I am disliked, And I'm not taking it well at all. The wose part about it is, I don't know why!

Yes! And, to make matters worse: it was for NO reason! I didn't even know the girl! Evil....... Ok, the hurt of something like that really doesn't diminish, but, what you can do is ignore them or be nice to them no matter what. Those are your options.

I've been diliked many of times and i just kinda got over it after awhile. I mean i didn't obsess over it. I just thought well no big deal i'll get over it eventually
