okay today my doctor said i have something htat sounded liek cota coriolus but im not sure its something abut a weakness between the ribs and tissue that causes pain(he siad its inflamed or somerhitng) any idea what it is?

Costal chondritis is probably what he said. You can do a simple web search for this and read about it. Since the doc didn't give you any information about it nor did he even write it down for you be SURE the next time you see your doctor for anything at all that you don't leave his office until he has told you everything about what you went to see him for and if you are not sure about something then speak up BEFORE you leave the office. This is bad medical practice on his part for not informing you of everything but also bad on your part for not speaking up and asking questions while you were in the docs office.

You may have COSTOCHONDRITIS, an inflammation along the edges of your breastbone or sternum.
Use an anti-inflammatory medicine. Heat may help the discomfort, as well. See your doctor if the pain doesn't improve with these simple treatments.
