Actually I don't think it's about body-type at all, far from it actually.. Diet and eating habits ARE the root in having good overall mental and physical health. If we do not pay attention to what we eat, this will lead to small and/or large physiological imbalances which will inevitability lead to the necessity of all sorts of medication one will have to consume as one ages.

Adriana Lima's thighs are very intense-high quality... as properly through fact something of her parent ! the skinny it is user-friendly to truly consume something... it is definitely gross to work out a youthful woman looking like a praying mantis !

It's not so much the body type as it is the personality... but overweight isn't attactive, or good for a persons health.
