No, I've had enough laughs for the day. I am very serious. Although I havn't got any serious replies yet.

If no one can give me a logical argument than my skepticsm is not of faith, but of morality. I will not follow a God who banishs souls for not choosing the right religion with no proof of which is the right one.

You know, I was under the impression that most are born into Christianity or take it up under childhood. Regardless, I don't think pain is a factor, I've felt more emotional pain than just about anyone alive, I've asked for help, none came. But again, I see this is not going to go anywhere.

Hello Jett.. :)

I wish that I could convert you to Christ..but if that was possible..all would be knowledgeable about our Lord..

Only you can make that decision..for we all must make our own choice..

As for asking Christ into your heart..you are correct it is not logical..for if it was, would not all believe in Christ..it is a matter of the Heart..if you are sincerely longing to know if God is real..He will reveal Himself to you..there is NOTHING WE can say, that would change your mind nor your heart..but God can, if you Truly seek Him.. :)

Usually one does not ask Jesus, to be the Lord of our lives..until they reach the lowest point..and all else has failed.. :(

You sound like a bit of a skeptic, but I'll bite.

Ok, you've got step 1, acknowledging that you need Christ. Here's a few arguments/facts FOR Christianity:
1.) Pilate stone: Stone found in Cesarea, Israel mentioning Pilate (who sentenced JC to death) as a true person. There was speculation before that Pilate wasn't real. Yes he was.
2.) Josephus: Historian at the time of Jesus, records some of his life events (crucifixion, teachings, etc.).
3.) Dead Sea Scrolls: Authenticates the Bible, exact copies of many OT books.

The below link is of an amazing church, if you're serious about this Christianity thing, listen to Lon's testimony and a few sermons, and you'll be well on your way. I'm praying for you.

Can I ask you a question ? Are you consider yourself to be a good person ?
If yes, will you please answer my question ?
Do you know the 10 Commandments ?
Have you ever tell a lie (even a little lie) ? If you said yes, what it will makes you ? (Liar ??)
Have you ever use God's name for cursing ? if you said yes, then it's blaspheme
Have you ever look a woman with lust ? If you said yes, here;s the answer, Jesus said, whoever look a woman with lust he commit adultery in his heart. So if you said yes, what it's make you ? (adulterer)
Have you ever hate someone, like curse on him/her, even in your heart ? If you said yes, here's what the bible said, 1John 3:15, "whoever hates his brother is already commit a murder in his heart."
all right this is just four from the 10 of the commandments.
If you said yes from all the questions, by your own addmision you're a liar, a blasphemouse, an adulterer and a murderer at heart.
If you stand before God in judgement day, and God ask you, are you guilty or innocent ? If you are guilty, the punishment is hell.
I'm not here to scare you, I was in the same boat. And I thought I was saved, until this verse came up John 3:3 "John 3:3
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
God knows that as human we can't be perfect. We will always makes mistakes and sins a long the way. But here's another verse from John 3:16 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Jesus is the perfect attonement for our sins, He shed his blood for us, to cleansed and washed our sins. Because we're not perfect, God's know we need a Savior.
Before Jesus died on the cross he said ,"It's finished" (john 19:30). It means, what it means, we don't have to do anything anymore, Jesus already did everything for us. All we have to do is repent of our sins and ask Jesus to come into your heart. It's that simple. Once you become born again, you will strive when you try to obey God's commandments.
Other religions are based on works and good deeds. Christianity is so simple. All you have to do is repent and put your faith in Jesus. just ask a simple prayer. Talk like you talk to your own Father, that's how the relationship between you and God grow over time.
Read God's words daily, even if it's only one verse.
I'm not the one who's converting you, my job just simply deliver the message. I hope the Holy Spirit convict your heart

One more question, you know that we don't know when we're going to die, if you die tomorow do you know your final destination for sure ? Are you ready ?

“For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit,”- 1 Peter 3:18

Bam! You're converted!

Seriously, you have to want to be converted to Christ, and I just don't think you want that. I think you really want people to send you reasons so you can laugh at the silly CHristians who are trying so hard to save your soul. Without a real desire to change, nothing we say will help you.

My advice, if you are serious, try going to church and listening with an open mind and open heart. Read the bible and try to find God. Pray every now and then and keep your options open.

There is absolutely nothing I can tell you to make you a Christian. No man can come to the Father unless he first be called. This calling comes from the Spirit of God.If your question is really from the heart you will fell an emptiness,a void will be present,a hunger coming from the heart, and not the stomach. This will be God calling you,and proof of His authenticity. You can except it or deny it as Esau did.But remember you can only come when He calls, and later in that time of need the door will be shut and you left without.Matt. 25:1-13

you are out of luck. no man can "convert" you. That is between you and God... No one of The True Christian Faith can "prove" any thing to you.... do not go to any of man's invented "religions" either if you are looking for "logical" arguments... you will not find what you seek in any of man's invented "religions".

I accept email questions concerning the basics of The True Christian Faith. 1 honest question receives 1 honest answer to the best of my ability.

Do a web search on Bible Prophecy, note the dates it was prophesied and the dates they were fulfilled with 100% accuracy, the odds of these things happening as written are way, way, way out there, and histroy will support the prophecies. It is also interesting to do a web search on History and the Bible. I was a skeptic too!

Nobody can do the conversion for you. You have to come to God with an open heart and truly be searching for Him. It is not about what you understand, but that you are willing to accept God for what He is, and that he did send his Son to die on the cross for your sins. You have to be able to admit, yeah "I am a sinner," God doesn't have to accept me, but he will if I receive Christ as my Saviour and leave it at that. Understanding will come later. Just put your trust in Him. Make it most important in your life.

Faith is a gift. Apparently he has not chosen you for some reason. You don't think you would be a fool enough to refuse this gift if it was offered do you?
