The best way is to do crunches. Start out with like 20-40 a day. Slowly work your way up to about a 100-120 a day. It will work. That's what I did. works wonders.

It's very hard, if not impossible to spot reduce fat.
In the short term, you might want to try one of those detox juices/drinks or something like a slimming body wrap at a local spa (these will eliminate water weight, which will temporarily make you appear slimmer). Steam rooms and saunas will also have this kind of (temporary) effect, and there are foods you can eat that will decrease water retention/bloating (common causes of stomach pooch).
Longer term, if you have strong ab muscles that are just covered by a layer of fat (which is probably more genetics-related - only 10% of the population has a 6-pack because many people are simply programmed to store fat in the abdominal region), the best way to get rid of it is adjusting diet and increasing the intensity of your cardio workouts. Building strong ab muscles is relatively easy - things like yoga and various ab exercises (the plank, bridge pose, etc.) can help you with that.
Good luck! :)

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Cut out all starches. All Breads, pasta, potatoes,
white enriched products. For some reason my stomach gets much flatter when I am not eating starches. Ironically when you stop these you eat less butter. So it helps quite a bit.
Of course sit ups are supposed to help.
Good Luck.

There's no miracle pill or potion out there. To get that tummy in shape you need to combine healthy eating, with an assortment of cardio and resistance training or weight lifting.
