My suggestion to you would be to avoid these supplements and/or any other steroids that are available. My fiance and I watched a show just last week on men who have used them and the results although great when they were young were not so great as they aged. Not only did they end up looking like something out of a freak show but their overall health was very jeopardized and they aged rather poorly also. There was one man aged 47 and he looked as though he was 75. I have never taken any steroids personally so cannot explain roid rage that good to you. I did however work as a federal prisoner escort and took one man out who killed his wife while in one of these roid rages, he mixed alcohol and steroids and lost his temper big time with her and ended up imprisoned for 28 years before being granted parole. The final choice is yours and yours alone and I realize this. But think long and hard about the consequences before you make any rash decisions about bulking up. For centuries men wrestled in compete and high school competitions without artificial help and I believe you can also.

okay ill be real, i dont know wrestling but i know about supplments. testosterone boosters are the best thing out there however they are expensive, illegal by athletic organizations and/or the USG, and have side effects. The sexual side effects only happen after years of abusive pill poppin. Your desire may decrease but preformance does not change. Be very careful of your liver. This means cut out the drinking, but if your under 21 you shouldnt drink anyways. lol. The testosterone with drinking is a very bad combo for your health, mental stability, and for those around you. Also you need to drink tons of water to keep yourself from deydration

You will get stronger faster, and it will show. However making weight may be a problem because the reqried hydration. Also muscle does weigh more then fat so you will gain weight on two sides but you will be stronger, quicker, and in better overall shape for the short term.

During the off season get off the pills. And try peaking only when a big match is coming up. Like all athletes dont train for today, but train for the championship tomorrow. I hope this helps and good luck

Been in your situation before and I feel for you. Dropping weight and still maintaining or increasing your strenght is very tricky. Supplements are so restrictive now that your best bet for a safe method is to go into a GNC or talk to a physician.
You asked about Gacik and it's just another big hype supplement. In your case I'd work on agility, technique and speed. Strength isn't what wrestling is all about. Just keep pushing in practice and working on that endurance. With the right diet and training you'll be having your hand raised at the end of the match and collecting those medals before you know it.

I don't know a lot about wrestling but I do know that muscle weighs more then fat. If you need to lose weight but gain strength then start working out with weight machines and eat healthier. I have heard that eating higher protein foods is helpful while bulking up muscles. I would try to do it naturally by diet and exercise before taking a supplement.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

My fiance used to take creatine (sp?), my brother did as well. It did not affect their weight only their muscle mass. Also, it tasted fine I thought unlike so many others. I've never really heard anything bad about it just that it can sometimes cause you to be more tempermental than usual. This side affect goes away when you stop using the product. I would reccomend it.

Ok..if you do not have time to bulk up naturally..go to your local health food store and check out their suppliments. Safer info yet comes from your doctor who is sworn to secretsy as long as you do not use illegal drugs to bulk up. Do not ask around school because you could find yourself in trouble or catching the eye of a drug pusher.
