He takes his orders from the CFR. Who says he's the captain of anything? Look for my other posts on how the Council on Foreign Relations chooses our choices for president and only those who will follow the group's dictates get into a presidential administration.
This is both dems and repubs....Bill & Hill, Colin Powell, Condy Rice, Bush Sr., Cheney, Al Gore, etc. etc. etc...... all members.
