Which pub and club to go to in London?

I am coming from next saturday to thursday, and I like hip-hop music...Can someone help me to choose good pubs and clubs?

U should try 2 catch Tuesday Herbal,Saturday Pool Bar(once a month ) n definately Plan B for some serious dancing without attitude.
