i don't think the wet hair had anything to do with you getting a cold.
right now is the best time to start taking echinachia, vitamin c and
zinc, because you're just at the beginning of getting sick. if you start now taking the above listed, about 3 times a day, you could avoid getting sick all together!

Going to bed with wet hair had nothing to do with your sore throat. To help ward off a cold go the store and get some zinc lozenges or the zicam nasal spray and use these as directed. Your best be though is to get your immune system healthy so you don't get any colds by taking a good antioxidant supplement and a good mutivitamin daily.

When I get such symptoms I get Zicam nasal swabs, and sucrets and use them according to package directions...works quite well.
