I am 25, 5'5", and 155 lbs. I want to lose 35 lbs, eventually, and get to 120. I work 60+ hrs a week, most of them in a sedentary job, so I need a guide that can help me reduce calories. I feel my biggest problem is I eat too much. Once I start eating, I won't stop until I get full or run out of food. (Usually the latter.) I need something quick to fit my 10+ hours of work a day. I know it has to be a lifestyle change, and I was doing good for a while, until I got tired of being hungry all the time. I try to eat breakfast, but if its not something like sausage, but 10 am, I'm ready to faint. I feel like I'm between a rock and a hard place, or a fat and a lard place. I'm not looking for an easy answer, just something I can do. Please help.

Low carb is the answer to not being hungry. It offers natural appetite suppression. This doesn't apply to "new" Atkins with all the high carb junk you can now eat or South Beach after week 2.

There are many diet website with free plans. Take your time and do a search. Read up, decide what will work best for you.

I located the e-book to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however more often than not) and doing little or no recreation, however the weight continues flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I consider it might scare the residing daylights out of me seeing that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the expertise. I've under no circumstances bought some thing like this earlier than seeing that they're typically stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a best shock. Get began at present!

Okay, starving yourself is not a good idea, so be ready to take regular snacktimes throughout the day. Choose snacks that are healthy and filling - things like carrots, peanut butter on whole-grain crackers, nuts and low-fat cheese will get you through the day without feeling like you're starving. Eating regular small snacks will keep you from binging because your body won't be convinced that you're in a starvation situation where you have to pack in as much food as you can as fast as you can.

For breakfast, go ahead and have sausage - but a low-fat or even veggie sausage pattie with whole wheat or multi-grain toast. Try to work more whole grains and fiber into your diet and avoid sugary stuff like sodas and heavily processed foods like pastries, fast foods, and other junk food.

If you want a formal plan, take an extra half-hour on your lunch break and head for your local library. If you don't have a library card, it'll take about five minutes, and if you call ahead, you may just find your book will be waiting at the desk when you arrive.
