I cook the rice first and when that is done, I add the cream of mushroom soup. Then put some in the bottom of a casserole dish, add the chicken breasts and the rest of the rice and soup mix and then bake until chicken is cooked. You can also cut the chicken breasts into strips and bake it in the oven that way.

Mix the rice with the mushroom soup and either a can of milk or water. Spread that in the bottom of your 9x13 pan. Lay the thawed chicken breast on top of that. Bake at 375 to 400 for about an hour.
Serve with steamed veggies, I also add parmesean cheese to the veggies. Biscuits would also be good, too!!

"Campbell's One-Dish Chicken & Rice Bake" - Serves 4
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked regular white rice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
In 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper; place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper; cover and bake at 375* - 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
