Fight fire with fire bud. I go out skating 'til I break. If you don't skate start, or just find some other intense physical activity that takes all your concetration. Use your body to keep your mind busy. It's like a vaccum cleaner for your mind. Just make sure you're to tired to stand by the end of the day and you'll slide off to sleep just fine.
If you're having trouble kicking dope at the same time I recommend benadryl. It'll keep your nose from running and takes a bit of the edge off without continuing the dependence that you're trying to break like the phamacutical salesmans dream methadone.

Honey, that ain't heartbreak, that's full-out depression. Unless you address the depression, heroine and everything else is just going to cover it up - not fix the problem.

You need to see a councelor! Check with your doctor, school councelor, health department - whatever fits you best.

Please don't try to kill any kind of pain with heroin - that will only cause you and the people who love you more pain in the long run. You need to drag yourself out and live your life. By getting involved in your own life you will eventually get over the pain of separation and who knows you may just find the one you are really meant to be with. I know it is hard at first but you really are stronger than you think. Honestly, God never gives your more burden than you can carry. Talking about your pain helps. Seek help from a support group or from friends. But, please, please don't resort to poisoning your body with drugs. Believe me it won't help.

yup, sounds like full out clinical depression. Counselling will help but you also need to start a good antidepressant medication. See a psychiatrist, they know more about the medications than general practitioners.
