what are you taking them for if you are taking them to get high (which I suspect since you say you are buying them off the net) then you know damn well you are taking too many. You are doing a lot of damage to your mind and body and are also running the chance of going to jail. Getting Vicodin with out an Rx being against the law. Did you expect someone to say no man you got no problem just keep top walking all those downs - you going to be fine.

Before taking this medicine

You should not use Vicodin if you are allergic to acetaminophen (Tylenol) or hydrocodone, or if you have recently used alcohol, sedatives, tranquilizers, or other narcotic medications.
Do not use Vicodin if you have taken an MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days. A dangerous drug interaction could occur. MAO inhibitors include isocarboxazid, linezolid, phenelzine, rasagiline, selegiline, and tranylcypromine.
To make sure Vicodin is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have:
- liver disease, cirrhosis, or if you drink more than 3 alcoholic beverages per day;
- a history of alcoholism or drug addiction;
- diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease;
- bowel obstruction, severe constipation;
- a colostomy or ileostomy;
- kidney disease;
- low blood pressure, or if you are dehydrated;
- a history of head injury, brain tumor, or stroke; or
- asthma, COPD, sleep apnea, or other breathing disorders.
Vicodin is more likely to cause breathing problems in older adults and people who are severely ill, malnourished, or otherwise debilitated.
It is not known whether Vicodin is harmful to an unborn baby. If you use narcotic medicine while you are pregnant, your baby could become dependent on the drug. This can cause life-threatening withdrawal symptoms in the baby after it is born. Babies born dependent on habit-forming medicine may need medical treatment for several weeks. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant while using this medication.
Acetaminophen and hydrocodone can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing baby. You should not breast-feed while using this medicine.

Yes it is a problem. Here is something a lot of people don't know. If large doses of vicodin do not kill you it may cause sudden and profound deafness. So if you won't get help to stop taking these pills then start learning American Sign Language as you may need it.

If you had to ask that then you must feel deep in your heart that it must be a problem. I consider taking 20 of anything per day an addiction. I believe you need to evaluate your life and get to the heart or root of the real reason you feel you have to take 20 vicodin. Please consider. I am sure that you have people who love and care about you and wouldn't want to find you dead from this habit. Thank you.

Huge problem, it is the acetaminophen that'll do your body in.
It will over a period of time take out your liver and kidneys, and if there is no organ donor for you, then that is what you might end up becoming.
The pills will kill you, make no mistake about it, find another way to manage your pain. I speak from experience.
Good luck and go see your doctor, have labs drawn on you, a complete profile

If you feel the need to take so much painkillers then you do have a problem. Why are you in so much pain? If it's a physical pain that you are trying to control then I suggest you visit a doctor. In any case, this amount is dangerous and not healthy. Good luck.

Ok, so I was 14 and obviously much lighter than you, but I took an overdose of 24 paracetamol (much weaker than vicodin) at that time. I ended up in hospital puking up most of anything that I had eaten in the past 24 hours, and I had to drink activated charcoal.

Stop it. You're ruining your liver, heart and kidneys.

No, you don't have a high tolerance. If you're buying them off the internet they're probably not really Vicotin. A lot of proscription drugs sold on the internet are counterfeited in China and sold as the real deal. Your "Vicotin" could really be anything from aspirin to D-Con. But, in the off chance they really are Vicotin, your liver is probably going to crap out on you.

It's only a problem if you actually MIND being a drug addict. If you have built up that level of tolerance to vicodin, you are addicted.

You better start investing in a cemetery plot, because that is were you are going if you don't get help asap. You also could end up in Prison for a long time, because you are breaking the law.
