I'd hold off on the vet unless she is acting funny. Dogs heads are pretty hard. I had a little guy that jumped off the couch and mis-judged the distance to the coffee table and slammed it pretty hard. He screeched for a bit (I don't blame the little guy!) but I checked his head for a dent and put some ice on the bump and he was fine.
If you dog was knocked out though, I'd check with the vet.
Keep her close for an hour and if no unusual things, let it go.

I am sorry to hear about what happened with your little one. Our male Boston puppy runs into the glass door occasionally. I am sure that it would knock a human out. However, he just bounces back as if nothing is wrong. Since your puppy is young, it is probably less likely that any real damage was done. The skull is still relatively soft. Just watch her and make sure that she does not sleep all of the time, that she eats and that he walks and runs properly. Call your vet or take her into the emergency vet if you see any truly odd behavior. Look up concussions for people. Other than slurred speech, the symptoms will be similar. Good luck! :)

Just keep an eye on her and if she has a seizure, then I would get her to the vet reall quick! Usually those things happen right away so if it didn't, she is probably okay. Those little Chi Chi doggies are much stronger than most people think! LOL! I love them. Good luck. She will be okay.

Dogs can get a concussion just like humans can. I don't want to sound like it is life threatening, but taking her to the vet is a good idea...better safe than sorry. Call your vet, and tell them what has happened, an see if you can get her in today. Symptoms may not show up until later, but the vet can tell if she has a concussion or not.
Good luck! Hope she IS ok! :)

Just keep a close eye on her and watch for swelling and vomitting, whether or not she has a loss of balance or acts dizzy. If any one of these things occurs call your vet, otherwise if she eats and drinks and keeps it down and acts normal don't worry too much. I'd say you'll know with in the next few hours if the swelling is too much for her.

Keep an eye on her just for a little while and if you think she needs to go to the vet, take her to the vet and see what they think.

I would let the vet check the dog out, and possibly get it x rayed for a cracked skull. Chihuahuas are very fragile dogs.

Just watch her close. If she vomits or acts dizzy then you need to get her to the vet right away. Any abnormal behavoir should be brought to your vet's attention.

As long as it isnt singing "chances are" and spouting "yo quero Taco Bell" you should be ok. Sorry, bad joke. If your dog seems ok, ie still acting normal and barking. Chances are that he/she is fine, but you really should be more careful(lol).

I don't know anything a vet could do. I'd just keep an eye on her.
