you really need to take this painting to several local dealers. perhaps e-mail some other dealers as well and they may be able to give you an approximate value without seeing the work.

i did a search on this artist & i didn't come upon anything quickly. with that in mind, i am assuming that perhaps the painting may have been done by a local artst? so, if that is the case then you definately want to just take it to a local dealer so they can see the piece in person.

Whoever A. Julio is, he has never attained any notable fame or notoriety. Thus his paintings would have only a minimal value at best. Sorry, and good luck.
