As this is an American herb, I don't think it has a German name (any more than it has an English name! Cilantro isn't exactly English!) But it is similar to coriander and the German for coriander is Koriander.

Cilantro is the leaves of the coriander plant, and I got this from answers.com:
coriander:
Deutsch (German)
n. - Koriander (Gewürz)
(I'm not sure what the part in parenthesis is.)
and here is leaf:
Deutsch (German)
n. - Blatt, Baumblatt, Flügel, Platte
So maybe you could say it Koriander Blatt?
I translated "coriander leaves" using
http://babelfish.altavista.com/
and it gave me: Koriander blätter

I don't know what the german word for it is but you might find it easier by referring to it as coriander, mexican parsley, or chinese parsley. All of them are the same thing, Good luck!
