Normal human blood runs between 7.35 and 7.45. The respiration is going to be slightly acidic because of the carbonic acid which forms with CO2 reacting with watter vapor. The exact amount is going to be a function on the pH of the blood as blowing off CO2 is one of the ways the body regulates the blood pH.

It should be very slightly alkaline. The reason being is because we have the amylase, an enzyme that catalyses starch in our saliva, but because our saliva is about 99% water it almost neutralizes it completely; it's slightly alkaline however.
