A blonde is overweight, so her doctor puts her on a diet.
"I want you to eat regularly for two days, then skip a day, and repeat the procedure for two weeks. The next time I see you, you'll have lost at least five pounds."
When the blonde returns, she's lost nearly 20 pounds.
"Why, that's amazing!" the doctor says. "Did you follow my instructions?"
The blonde nods. "I'll tell you, though, I thought I was going to drop dead that third day." "From hunger, you mean?" said the doctor.
"No, from skipping," replied the blonde.

I do not mean to create offence but anyone who is funny will see the ending coming a mile off. It is only those who are not funny (and therefore do not have the ability to put together various elements in order to make a joke) who will laugh at this joke. Playing on words is a common use within jokes. Funny people will know that, and will probably use it often. I can see the joke's funny side but its predictability outweighs its humour.

i snickered.... the blond was trying to piece together a jigsaw puzzle and called her boyfriend over for help she says i cant seem to get started on this puzzle he says whats it sposed to be she says a tiger. he tells her he will be right over to help her. when he gets to her house he looks at the puzzle and looks at her and says ok honey first lets put the frosted flakes back in the box and then i'll take you out for lunch.
