yes she will. My husband did some hard time and was away for our first daughters first 5 years of her life and for our 2nd he was gone the first 3 yrs of her life, and they both know and appreciate him now.. He's been home for 3 years straight now and doing so well and he really came a long way and I am very proud of him...
So just hang in there, show the baby pictures of her dad and you guys will be alright..
Good luck

Well you need to really keep the father in the picture. Eventhough he is not around, bring out pictures of him and talk good about him. She may not remember him, but will warm up fast enough. There is always a bond between father and daughter.

She is not old enough to remember or forget. Now on an instinct basis the moment he holds her in his arms she will remember that she has a father and what was missing for a short period is now back. Otherwise it'll have no affect.

Generally people do not remember anything from before they are about 2 years old. So no, she will not remember him, but she will not remember that he was ever gone either.

Babies remember voices that they hear from a very young age..She may not remember who he is and what part in her life that he plays but it will ring a bell for her and she shouldn't make strange having heard his voice before even when she was in your tummy :)

No..she wont. Is he only up for parole? he may not even get it. Depending what crime he committed, I would question if you really want your child around this man anyway.
