I had made these two cheese balls before and misplaced my recipes and was wondering if anyone has the recipes.

CHEESECAKE BALL w/ MINI CHOCO CHIPS
1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in confectioners sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Serve with chocolate graham crackers.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS

Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans before serving.

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peppermint candies (36 candies)
2 cups pecans
8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Process chocolate chips, peppermint candies, and pecans in a blender or food processor until finely ground. Place mixture in an airtight plastic bag or container until ready to use. There will be enough mixture to make several cheese balls.

When ready to make a cheese ball, place cream cheese in a bowl. Remove 1/2 cup of ground candy/nut mixture from its bag and mix into cream cheese. Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 or 3 hours or until firm. Serve with chocolate flavored vanilla wafers, chocolate graham crackers, etc.

Chocolate chip cheeseball
3 eight ounce paks of cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 c powdered sugar
1 bag mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Soften cream cheese and mix with vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and chips. Form into 1 very large or 2 medium cheese balls. Roll in pecans. Refrigerate over night and serve with ginger snaps or vanilla wafers.
