My windows media player 10 has stopped working, thus causing Napster and all my other music players to quit working also. When I try to stream a song, i get an error message reading "Specified protocol is not supported". After doing a little research, I found that it means I lost the licenses to play protected content. I tried re-installing the software, updating windows, I even re-installed the operating system but I still get the same error messages! What do I do?

P.S. I also tried resetting all my internet settings and disabling popup blockers, anti spyware..etc. I need my music back!

I also tried updating to WM 11 but it says I need XP service pack 2. What is that and where can I download it?
