It does not matter if you claim it was the bible god, some other god(s), goddess(s) or little green men.
The biggest problem with intelligent design is their entire argument is based upon the assumption that life is too complex to have evolved little by little over the course of hundreds of millions of years.
This "theory" falls flat on it's face when you realize the absurdity of ID requiring an infinitely more complex "creator" that popped out of nothing, got bored so he created the universe and all life as we know it.
Intelligent design does not even warrant the ranking of hypothesis due to the lack of even an educated guess let alone the ranking of theory which would require some testable evidence.

God was and is and will always be. I don't think anyone knows really how God came about, but I don't think He really 'came about', He just was. Think about it, could someone make the human body like this? When we were created, our Maker thought of everything. And why is it the 'Bible God?' Because he is the true God, the only god, and definitely not just 'some god.' You know, creationism is more thoroughly and scientifically supported than anything. People just can't admit that, so they make something up and use circular reasoning. Search for 'Dr. Dino'--he has excellent programs on creationism and God and intelligent design all that.
Besides, something had to have made/created us. And it's impossible for us to have developed from soup. I mean, that's what evolutionists say. Their ideas are based on circular reasoning! We have a bazillion cells and things in our body, and from one simple 'cell soup' 'millions of years ago' we can't have formed. Besides, nothing else has been proven more than what's in the Bible.

The thing I don't get about intelligent design/creationism is they say "everything has to have a creator" and then pull out the example of a watch having a watchmaker, so who created god?

I'm not an IDer. I'm a theistic evolutionist. However, I believe it to be the God of the Bible (subsequently, the God of all cultures who believed in some form of the Higher Power) because the God of the Bible because all other gods (which don't actually exist, I believe) are given human traits. The God of the Bible is beyond the scope of humanity, except for His Incarnation as Jesus Christ (remember, though, Jesus still had the fullness of deity in Him).

I know God and believe God is the only true God and the only one capable of creating everything.
Design would be one thing but perfection is another. Things were created in a perfect way. From your question I assume that you understand that science can't explain creation, evolution is a failure and accidents don't happen in this way , even over eons of time.
Hey, give God a chance, you might find as I have that God is the most real thing their is.
Good luck and God Bless.

How can it be possible? No God worthy of the name would actually design a human-from the bone structure in our feet to the fact we can't synthesise vitamin c, we're a flawed species. 99% of the species which existed are extinct which for me nails the idea of "intelligent" design stone dead.

if u r refering to putting it in schools-it would have to have a scientific curriculum. if u r refering to believing in it-well-take a look around-yet there r numerous bad things that occurs everyday, but overall-lifes great. the bible god has more accurate history-thats why they have numerous courses in history regarding to christianity
