or

wheat toast with an egg.

I LOVE these things and eat them all the time for breakfast

Oatmeal porridge (preferably without sugar); Light yogurt, Eggs white, Whole wheat/ multigrain bread/ English muffin/ bagel, 1 type of fruit or 100% fruit juice, soy milk or skim or 1% milk, unsweetened cereal and so on.

Special K cereal is awesome, with 1/2 cup of 1% milk. I like the vanilla and almond, but they have many to choose from.

Probably yogurt, granola, fruit and fruit juice. What I'd prefer to eat: french toast, bacon or sausage, eggs and hashbrowns.
