hemorrhoids are caused from a lack of Vitamin B6, take 10 mg at each meal until they go away...
Once they go away, don't keep taking so much because taking too much of one b vitamin will make you deficient in the other b vitamins, you should take a daily multi vitamin each day.
People in studies that were going to have to have surgery took b6 and they disappeared.

The only way to cure hemorrhoids is to have them taken care of surgically. Hemorroids are varicose veins of the rectum. To prevent more from forming or to help the ones you have be sure to keep your stools soft and don't strain when on the toilet.

Preparation H will shrink them but the only way to completely get rid of them by surgery.

use the tux toilet paper.
stop eating spicy food.
stop drinking alcohol.
this is NOT going to be easy.
ive noticed they will go away if you do the things i listed.
