I've pointed this out as well....a choice of free-will has two equal options 'do that and be happy or do this and be happy', while a threat has one option, 'do it or suffer'

People in here will try to word-play it with "you make the choice, not God' and other such parroted rehearsed babble, but it comes down to seeing it as it is.....a threat versus a choice

Your believe has to come from the heart but not just to be on the safe side. So I don't think we have a choice really. Maybe you can find answers in the bible if you have an open mind

You don't have to believe, that is your choice. But, if you don't believe and Christians are correct you won't have a choice once you arrive at judgement. So the choice is yours. Are you willing to bet your eternal salvation?

Thats just used to keep people in check so that they think someone is always watching and judging your every action. Its a kind of insurance that society uses to keep people moral. This version is just more extreme!

Uh, Yea. You CHOOSE dont ya, hence free will.

Lets see work or stay home, two choices, still a choice.
Get married, stay single, two choices, still a choice.

Just cause its one or the other, doesnt mean you arent free to choose you know.
