I know it's possible in a healthy way because i've heard of it i just need guidance from people who really know their thing

Basically you want to lose 10 lbs a month.... that will take a great deal of motivation and willpower. First, you will have to cut out sugar and bad fats and empty carbs (anything white like white rice, white bread, pasta etc). Limit your portion sizes.
EAT:
2 fruits a day (medium size apple, orange etc. 1/2 a banana or 12 grapes = 1 serving)
6 veg servings (1 cup raw or 1/2 cup cooked= 1 serving)
2 whole grain startches (1 slice of bread, 1/2 a bagel, 1/2 c whole wheat pasta or brown rice)
3 servings of protien (3 oz of chicken, lean meat of fish)
2 dairy servings (non-fat milk or yogurt)
As a treat have 1 cup sugar free jello per day

Drink lots of water (8 to 10 glasses)

Move when you can - make exercise doable - park farther away at work. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for a walk on your lunch hour, make more trips up and down the stairs at home rather then taking everything at once.

Well I feel you can try those weight loss remedies or if you want to do it the healthy way you got to be very willing and deciated to losing weight. You can start by joining a gym try one with an indoor pool if not with classes that are included in the membership. To me swimming is a fun way to lose weight strenghten your muscles at the same time. That is how I lost weight and I lost around 25 pounds along with doing abrobics. Abrobics is also a good and fun way to lose weight. That's how I lost weight. You just have to find something that is going to enjoyable for you. Can when you like what you are doing the more likely you will succeed at it and the more preservance you will have. Also decrease your intake of food and start making more healthier choices lose the fatty food and salty foods. And don't eat seconds ( that's if you do cause I know I use to). Eat one plate for each meal. Don't eat alot before you go to bed and eat dinner at least two-three hours before you go to sleep. That way you will burn the fat and give your system time to digest the food and not sleep and let the fat build up. Use this old time system eat like a king for breasfast, queen for lunch and a princess for dinner. Hope this helps.

U can lose 50 to 60 pounds by running just a mile everyday and drinking plenty of water
And you can lose it faster by running more mileage, you don't have to change your diet at all. I lost a good 20 pounds it a month in a half by running about 3 miles a day five times a week.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

I lost sixty pounds by walking, and cutting out most of the sugar intake. I ate sugar free candy if I craved chocolate and also used a stationary bike.

drink plenty of water, no soda or anything, walk daily even if its just for a half an hour, and you must eat healthy!!! no junk! if your craving anything sweet i suggest go to trader joes or whole foods. they have some pretty good snacks there that taste great! good luck!!

go by dr oz's book, its very healthy and a fast way to loose weight...it includes a way of eating and doing everything that you can do for the rest of your life
