What can I make with Corned Beef?

I need some ideas for dinner tonight. Any ideas for main dish or side dishes with corned beef?

Make a corn beef hash, you can serve it as a entree or a side to something else.

Corned Beef and Cabbage is traditional. Add potatoes, carrots and yams or sweet potatoes for a little extra something.
