So my Mother calls letting me know that Grandmother is ill and needs 24/7 care. She said that we should split the care because of work and other stuff. Now that I thought about it, I don't want Grandmother in my place, she'll make it stink like old people and it's not a pretty sight for when I bring Babes over. How do I prevent Mother from dropping Grandmother off on me to care for?

You are Family it is your obligation to take care of her , take it from some who has no grandparents , or parents or siblings. Some day you might be in this situation would you want to be abandoned ? To answer your question you dont get rid of her you love her , and let her know how important she is to you . If the BABES dont like your grandmother then they are not worth having anyway .

Grandmothers are a blessing from God. You will regret till the day you dye if you don't do your part in helping her. I'm sure when you were a little one that she did not think of your messy diapers stinking up the place. Remeber she took care of you at one time, now it is time to step up to bat and take care of her. I would be ashamed of myself for even thinking this of your Grandma.

Well it sounds like you are being a bit selfish, but I think you just need to tell your mother that you don't want to take care of her. She can't drop her off if you refuse to let her in the house. You can always conveniently not be home with the doors locked when she comes by, but better to be an adult and just level with her.

You sound pretty heartless, so I recommend just being yourself and I'm sure your mother will get the point.
If you weren't trying to be snarky, and are seriously asking how to prevent being goaded into home care for your grandmother, then you can search for good homes/hospices and help pay the bill to place her in one.

Easy.
Take good care of her till she's healthy.
Once she is healthy and able to take care of herself....
Give her money. She'll buy stuff home and cook, do dishes and wash clothes.
You will be happy that she's around to help.

The best thing I can tell you is to maybe place her in a nursing home where she can be cared for by doctors who care.
