We got something similar from Canada. My husband called the bank to verify the check. The bank is real...but they never heard of the type of winnings that was being offered. They told my husband it was probably fraud. They wanted to have my husband call and get more information and they would deal with it. If they ask for your account number, social security number, etc..., then it is probably for sure a scam. If something is free...you should not have to pay anything nor should you have to give out your personal information. Good luck!

ITS A SCAM DON"T BELIEVE IT> YOU will be sorry. I was tricked as well with a Canadian Lottery, Thank God I had enough sense to call the F.B.I. otherwise I would have been out of several thousands dollars. Act cautiously!
