i don't mean to be a bad answerer but I don't think finding a five paragraph essay you didn't write would be any help. There are also some sites that actually "tricks" cheaters and report to schools that a student is plagerizing.
But I can certainly /help/ you at least.
One might be:
-Introduction about plants. 3 main ideas you'll discuss. Why plants are so important...etc
-Body paragraphs may include in depth about plant structures, how a plant maintains life (photosynthesis, maybe include plant cells and respiration, how it grows...etc this paragraph should be the longest), and how plants enables other living things to survive.
-conclusion
This is actually a pretty easy frame. If you know what you're doing, at the most this should take you about an hour or less.

Why don't you just write one? Five paragraphs isn't an insanely demanding task. I don't mean it to be mean, none of that, it simply might turn out to be interesting if you really put your mind o it.
