If they are an artist they should be able to. Take the photo to a tattoo shop and ask them if they can do it, there should be more than one artist at the shop so ask each of them.
If not go to another one. If yes leave the photo with them and let them draw up the tattoo go back the next day and see if you like it if not don't get it done and go to another shop and try. You should not pay to have them draw it up. They just might not let you take the drawing if you are not getting it done there.

A good tattooist can make a stencil of it and transfer it to your body . 1st they do a tracing which shouldn't be a problem even if it is a real life picture and then redraw it with a very soft transfer pencil . The tattooist then damps your body with a gel in the place the tatto is to be applied and presses the drawing against it when removed it leaves a perfect duplicate With which the artist can put down the black line out line .
To have a tracing and stencil done is a bit dearer than picking a design off the wall or out of their catalog but its for life get what you want and make sure you are happy with the design you pick. Its there for you to see everyday don't get some thing you may not be 100% happy with.

Most artists have a book of their unique work. They also have specialties. You should check with the store you currently use to see if any of their aritists specialize and talk to them. A reputible shop will be able to draw what you are looking for, however based on their knowledge of how it will look once on the skin and over the course of time, they may suggest enhancements to your basic ideas so that in 50 years, you're still looking at 2 flowers and not 1 merged blob.
Good luck. Goxinia's are beautiful.

Hence the word "Artist" in their title. Not usually very hard if they like to draw. Just remember, every artist has their own style and your description of what you want and the examples you give them are still subject to that artists' own interpretation.

Yeah a tatoo artist can draw almost everything, as long as you get a good person. Just remember that they will have their own way of drawing it.

tattoo "ARTIST" if they can not draw something from a picture...walk out the door. If they can't draw, I would hate to see how they tattoo

if you go to an actual "artist" then it should be no problem. but if you go to a tattooer that is only used to using flash, maybe not. if the person draws up the design, and you don't like it, feel free to let them know that you would like some changes.

You usually have to go in advance and take them the picture so they can determine if they can draw it.
