Laziness is just a lack of motivation for one reason or another. You have to find they reason why you are hard to motivate. The hard part is that this reason can be different for every person.

A good jump start might be to associate with active people and see if this helps jump start you.

You could also make yourself a schedule and set mini-goals for yourself. Find a way to reward yourself for achieving these goals. But do not cheat, because you will only be cheating yourself.

Just give some time to yourself. I am also very lazy but i have read many articles and have got to know that every one should give some time to his own. I have recovered it very quickly with my method. Just take 1 hour to yourself. In that hour you will walk in any garden or open place. Than you will fell that there is some kind of change in your body and in your brain. Just give one hour in routine for one week than just reply me the results and you will fell much batter. Hope you will recover your problem just in one month and you will feel that your body and mind is supporting you just like a normal person. But you must have to try it accuratly to get proper results..........

Make yourself a resolution that needs to be achieved, and put down the steps or stages in order to reach that resolution and work through a strategy that would make those steps or stages go by easier.

Stop waiting for motivation and just make a commitment to do it. Ask yourself how much more time can you afford to waste?
