I need some really superb recipes that are, well, superb. I am always looking for new spins on things and if anyone have any really great ideas, I am all ears.

Just making sure that I keep my options open, as I have most of the meal planned.

Also, I am an pretty good in the kichen,so give me some tough ones! I just don't like packaged things, so fresh is best for me.

Thanks everyone!

Man, would I love to be at your Thanksgiving, lol! Especially if you go with that cranberry fig relish. Actually, I think I'm cooking that the first weekend I'm out of this dorm room!

Instead of turkey, why not make stuffed Rock Cornish Game Hens? Stuff them with your favorite and prepare about two to four birds per person depending upon appetite and serve them roasted with all the other traditional T-Day fixings.

A new twist on dessert is Pumpkin Flan instead of Punpkin Pie.
