Wow...do you work at Lowe's? I used to work there, sometimes 8 hour shifts and at the end of the day I was limping out to my car and I'd spend the rest of the night in bed. Definately should buy new shoes, probably tennis shoes with lots of support on the bottom. I tried the Dr Scholls inserts even tried the gel one (you know? "I'm gellin"?) and they didn't work worth a crap! Also try taking hot baths at the end of the day. Put some bath salts in the water too and just soak and relax. Have someone massage your feet...it'll make you feel so much better.

I'm on my feet all day in a hospital. We have all had this question in all of the hospitals. We were told b th Doctors to wear good shoes for support. Then every few days change to a different pair of shoes that are good support shoes. I helps with the foot and body alignment.

I had a similar problem along woth swelling and, at times, a burning sensation. I eventually went to a podiatrist and was diagnosed with Nueroma (fibrous tumor-like things around nerves) in both feet. He gave me steroid injections and some meds that helped. Maybe you should have it checked out. I also had to stop wearing heels and pointy toed shoes.

get nurses shoes or get some inserts for the shoes you already have....those things should help with the pain!!! and also try moving back and forth a little bit, i know there isn't alot of room but if you just take a couple steps every once in a while it also should help!!!!

Try buying some inserts for your shoes. Either the gel kind or the regular by Dr. Scholl's.
