different people respond to treatments in different ways.
some (like me) feel no different and others might feel worse after treatment, it varies from person to person.
just make sure you're going to a certified chiropractor! both my parents are chiropractors so I've never had to think about that problem haha
(also... for future reference, it's not your bones that are cracking in your neck, its the air in the joints that makes the sound!)

After they crack me I am ALWAYS sore for the rest of the day., and even a small little turn will make me crack more. But when I wake up the next day things are great and I feel a million times better. If you haven't been cracked before it can take a few times for your muscles to start supporting how your neck should be.

From what you have reported it sounds love that's some form of continual muscular injury, you do no longer say the way you injury your neck, yet whilst it by way of stress (i.e. a automobile twist of destiny) you ought to have continual whiplash syndrome- whiplash isn't acute, it may take various years to handle. I comprehend you do in comparison to hospitals- i'm a former nurse and that i do in comparison to them. What I advise you do to initiate with is pass on your GP and ensure he's taking you heavily. he will probable advise an X-ray- you do could pass to scientific institution for this yet its painless and not all that frightening. reckoning on what the end results of the x-ray are, you will probable get physio, which reckoning on the place you reside could be on the rfile's surgical operation or in a out-affected person physio branch. the main extreme component although is to get this regarded after. in case you do no longer it ought to worsen and you will possibly finally end up in scientific institution suited.

I wouldn't be surprised. Chiropractors are complete frauds. They'll tell you that anything from allergies to cancer are caused by misaligned vertebrae.
Might as well use a voodoo doll.
