There's a general rule depending on how active you are and your natural metabolism.

Your body burns calories to just exist.

For sedentary or older people, multiply your weight x 10.
For average activity, multiply weight x 12.
For very active or serious exercisers, multiply x 14-16.

Theres this thing that's kind of like a chronometer but u wear it all day or while doing exercise and it tells u how many calories u burned.
