You're better off just using water on your skin - some spot treatment tend to dry out the skin and then you will be flaky instead of spotty. Try a cleanser, like Clearasil - the kind which you wipe over your skin with a cotton wool pad, rather than a facewash.
I know you don't want to hear this, but a varied diet, including lots of fresh fruit and veg and also a good intake of water will work wonders for your skin. It doesn't mean you can't have sugary stuff, just balance it out with the odd bit of fruit and veg.
All of the above should help to control your spots.
Bad news is, I'm 27 and still get spots, so they're a fact of life.

Try E45 or I use Double Base cream. It comes in a massive bottle and you can get it from all chemists. Also, try to cut down on sugary foods. They too might cause spots. Good luck!

Go to the doctor and ask to see a Dermatologist. They can give you something called Roaccutane which gets rid of spots FOR LIFE... Has some nasty side effects although none of these affected me

Cut down on sugary foods, eat more fruit and vegetables, drink plenty of water and cleanse and moisturise your face daily.

You will see a change even though your hormones are playing up.

Tea tree is fantastic. It's a natural anti bacterial so it will deep cleanse and help fight spots without harming your skin.
