Unless you are some type of serious athlete, you don't need a meal plan for every day of your life telling you exactly what to eat.
Just live by a few simple rules and you should be fine.
1. Try to always eat breakfast. Anything is good for breakfast, but if you want to be extra health conscious you can eat oatmeal or sugar free cerials.
2. Avoid fried foods
3 Avoid American style bread instead start eating European style bread made from whole grains.
4. Avoid too much of any meat, especially too much pork.
5. Avoid too many sweets or cut them out all together.
6. Eat all the fruits and vegetables you want any time.
7. Try to only drink water. If you really have to drink something other than that, drink diet coke or something. Don't drink these juices, they are pumped full of sugars. Orange juice is ok sometimes.
That's all I can think of right now. Just stay away from anything greasy and heavy.
Remember, fruits, vegetables, a little meat, a little fish, and some nuts are good.

Your best bet for healthy eating is to focus on picking a wide variety of colorful fruits and veggies. That's where the most vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients are. The more color the better, cooked or raw (lightly cooked is best).
When your mom cooks, go more lightly on starches like bread, rice, potatoes and pasta. A "serving" is 1 cup cooked or 1 slice of bread. Ask your mom if she'll buy whole grain starches, then you're getting fiber benefits and the nutrition from the hull.
Pick milk or water over soda. Fruit juice is OK, but heavy on carbs so 1 small glass a day should be max.
A serving" of fruit or veggies is .5 cup (jello pudding cup) or "small". A serving of starches are 1 cup or a small potato (size of a lime). Beverage servings are 8 oz.
If you want a headstart on keeping a healthy weight as an adult, learn to not load up your plate. Pick smaller amounts -- you can always get more if you're still hungry.
No one gets all of the vitamins and minerals they need every day from food. Ask your mom to buy you a daily vitamin. I give my kids Children's Centrum because it's chewable.

hi,
Breakfast
fruit (don't eat fruit after 4:30 pm, too much sugar)
eggs
oatmeal
yogurt
juice
milk
for lunch and dinner try eating protein: Chicken, turkey, and fish
you can have turkey eveything, meatballs, bugers, breast, chiili (not out of a can) cold cuts,
don't fry the chicken and you should know how many differnt ways to prepare chicken
fish is always good, you can have tuna sandwhiches, fillets, flounder, sushi, and don't forget seafood.
always try to incorporate a veggie into both meals. Teh greener the veggie the better (no iceberg lettuce in salads, there is no nutrional value in iceberg lettuce)
Have smaller portions, but have a great meals. have everything you love but in small doses. Drink lots of water.
Eating healthy takes time and practice, there are so many different labels out there, (low fat, no fat, fat free,) that it makes it hard to eat healthy. Try to have fruits and veggies everyday with a protein and you should be fine.

try a smoothie for breakfast, they are quick and easy, a banana, some frozen berries, orange juice and yogurt, blend and drink, YUM! lunch - soup, sandwiches, wraps, salad, you can always pig out on salad, whole wheat breads are best. Dinner, stir fry is excellent and I lost a lot of weight eating my veggies and less meat, stick to chicken and fish. Snacks, hard boiled eggs, raw veggies, fruit, etc

All fruits are fruit and vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which is employed for food.
