lol, be sure you know enough about the girl you're chasing, I know an awful lot of girls, myself included who hate it when people say "wuzup". Try saying hi next time, if she still give you that look then she's just probably not interested in you I'm afraid and it's up to you weather or not you confront her about it.

Everyone says communication is important. They're half right. Poor communication skills, especially with women, will leave you lonely and dumped or kill you're chances with even the ugly chicks. Then don't show her how it hurt you when she gave you that bad look. Understand that you should not let the girl know all your feelings. Women want a strong man so be one. Don't take them personally and if you do then don't show it, or they'll pick it up. Show them you are strong inside and dure of yourself. Be positive smile and like some other wiser guys and gals have said act like nothing happened, always.
Ok so you like her right, & you wanna date her right?
You say that you have liked her for some time. If you like her guy, don't wait any longer. Make you're move and establish whether she likes you or not and whether you actually stand a chance. And until you do this you wont know. Good luck and feel free to ask for advice if you feel a bit unsure about the next move.
Good luck.

Wuzup is such an outdated greeting that was usually used between a couple of guys. It is too general of a greeting. Kind of like saying "have a good day" to everyone. You really should use a more personal greeting to show you are interested in her. If she acknowledges you and acts like she is interested then you might want to apologize for the previous impersonal greeting. You have to let her know that it is her alone that you are interested in. Make her feel like a special individual if you are interested in her in that way.

Sometimes girls are moody. I think she meant no harm. Also was she with any of her friends? Sometimes she may act differently when she is around certain people. Maybe the "way" you said it made her act strangely. I wouldnt worry about it. If it continues then I would ask her why shes being rude.

Did you say, "Hey, what's up? or "WAZUP!"
There's a world of difference between the two, kid.
