There is a fee.
You can also check the county court records on line and they should have the info for free.............

You can't see your police record, that should be confidential and if you could get ahold of it, you could sue the hell out of the city. What you can see is your court records, so if you were actually charged and taken to court whether you were convicted or found innocent, that would be available. The freedom of information act let's you see these, but there are not websites that post them. You can go down and get a copy, there is usually a fee, or you can contact a few different websites that will actually go and do that for you. Some say they search the internet to get this info, but really they just go down the the court house and get it.

Since you know what is on your record, go to those jurisdictions and request the files yourself. You might be able to do so by mail or online, but most background check cites are kinda shady.
For example, in NYC, I could go to any criminal court, fill out a form, pay approcimately $20.00 and receive a "disposition" for any concluded criminal matters. The disposition includes charges, plea or verdict and sentencing. Of course, if I want someone else's records, I would need a letter granting permission, or to bring that person with me.
As I am not an attorney and have no idea where your record would take you, I suggest you speak with an attorney, or take your chances with reputable agencies...like US Search or something that is used by law enforcement or like agencies.

There is no such website to see your police record since that information is only available to law enforcement personnel.

EASY! Go to your local courthouse, in records, and type in your name, you'll find your record. It's difficult at first, you may need help on the computer. (They usually have directions on the wall.)
You can actually check any ones record, it's public record. I recommend it to anyone who is considering going out with someone, especially someone with children.
They do charge a fee for each copy they make for you, if you want one, which isn't much. You'll even find traffic violations on there.

Forget it!
You can't get your record on line! All of those companies are rip offs! They probably scan newspapers to see convictions, but they are not accurate,
The only way to get ayour record is to fill out a state police form requesting it and give them $10.00! And that is only your state! NCIC is only available to law enforcement!

It's not legal. You can pay to see your public record, but that won't have everything on your police report.
