An iso is a CD image file - it's sort of like a zip file in a way. If you want to edit the contents on the iso, you will have to extract the files inside it first. There are a number of programs to do that - Winiso, Poweriso, etc. You can also mount the CD image using Daemontools and then copy the files to your desktop.

Oh gosh you are looking at some serious converting. You're going to need to find a crapware filled converter that will probably convert it into .avi format which is importable in Windows Movie Maker. Keep your firewalls up and pray your computer doesn't die getting the converter lol

an iso is not a movie file. its an image of the contents of a cd rom or dvd.
