If he approaches someone who is offended by sexual remarks he makes, does the person not have a valid complaint?
If Borat approached an Amish person and verbally sexually assualted them, should we just excuse Borats behavior as ok in the name of comedy?
An inside source told Britain's The Sun paper that, "Sacha couldn't resist playing the fool as Borat, but he picked the wrong person. I guess this guy thought he was being attacked by someone unstable and lashed out. Sacha is very lucky he didn't get a much worse beating."
Borat punched in the face after offending someone on the street, stating he wanted to have sex with his clothes.
Sacha Baron Cohen was shaken by the incident, though he did not sustain any serious injuries. Monsters and Critics reports that "Film bosses are pleading with Cohen, 35, to stop posing as Borat on US streets to avoid further violent attacks."

Some people have no sense of humor... how do they get through life with such miserable attitudes?

Sure it's valid, but we do this in real life.
I keep telling people I have a HARD time telling Borat from the President of Iran, they look a lot a like, they dress somewhat alike and they both say silly things that are impossible to belive, like the Holocaust didn't happen when both American (most Christian) and Russian (mostly Communist Atheists) soldiers saw the Camps of Hitler and the Jews inside and the remains in the ovens.
We KNOW there was a Holocaust, but this Man (pick which one you want to give that concept to) keeps saying with a smile it never happened!
One of them says "my country has the greatest work force of 7 year olds!"
I remember at one time when England and the U.S. could make that same claim!
Ever read Upton Sinclair's indictment of Industrialism and the work houses!
One of these people claims their country is SO progressive that they have RAISED the age of consent to 7 years of age!
W.C. Fields, an American comic, once remarked. "A virgin? That's an 8 year old girl, an ugly one at that!"
This kind of Comedy has gone on in the world since Chaucer! Ever read his limmericks!

I heard that Borat was assaulted and to be honest i think it was just a matter of time because Borat has taken the joke to far.He is impersonating a nation and making them look stupid in the process and innocent people who know nothing about him are being made a mockery of.

Borat is a fictional character.
The character's behavior is abusive, suggestive, revolting, and sophomoric.
If Borat is what humor has evolved to, I'll stick with knock-knock jokes.

Even though it is meant to be in good humour, sometimes Borat goes too far...It's like he is testing boundaries.

I believe that Borat shoud be stoped. I think what he is doing is appaling and not funny. I don't know why ppl that that insulting people and anything with sexual imorality is "SO FUNNY". I don't think he is funny at all, I wish he'd go back to whatever hole he came out of.
OR get saved!! That would be good too!!!

you do not realize the nature of the prices. you won't be able to strive against for your mom. you may not be able to assert something to the choose, because none of it will be pertinent to the case. Your mom desires an legal specialist NOW.

I think it is perfectly fine in the name of comedy. He's like Carlos Mencia or Dave Chappelle, and they do that kind of stuff.

Borat disgusts me.
Acting, is acting, Movie making is fine. And I even get the freedom of speech thing here. But no matter who you are, if you cross a legal point, you should be prosecuted.
