Raw meat can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days from the date of purchase, cooked meat for a little longer (provided you reheat it thoroughly). If the meat is frozen, allow it to defrost in the fridge, and then eat within one day.

Probably 2-3 days if it's still frozen.

A steak can stay in the fridge until you take it out.

After it has totally unthawed in the refrigerator, you may keep it cold 3 days. But please bring to proper temperature when you do cook. At least 160 degrees F. for rare.
