If you swallow it before it comes out can it be classed as re-cycling ??

Yes, if practical, it would go into the compost bin to be recycled into compost, for growing plants/ vegetables.
However if it is put down the loo, it will still get filtered out and will be spread over the fields inland.
Unfortunately from many loo's it goes into the sea, where it does no good whatsoever.

It's no use developing technology for just your vomit - how often is that ?
But will you volunteer to taste if a lot of vomit was recycled?

You dont need to, just buy a Indian or chinese take-a-way most of them vomit and crap in the food anyway.
